The About page is accessed by clicking on the info "i" icon at the top right of the application next to the logged in user name:
System administrators can view the current installed version and also check for updates. The About page displays only the current installed version for all other users.
If an update is available a download and install of the latest version can be initiated from the About page. System logs can also be downloaded or cleared from this page. The Edit (or change) Tracking logs are also available for download, these are useful for troubleshooting and to interpret specific historical user actions.
If Automatic error reporting is switched on the application will send logs and system information to the support servers automatically when an event occurs. No sensitive information is sent through this system.
