The Location at which a Sample is taken can be automatically assigned by the System during import of the Laboratory Report (See Sample Field IDs).

The Location can also be manually assigned by clicking on the Location Cell.

If Locations are already present, the user can click the location to assign the Sample to that Location.

If Locations are not already present, users will need to create new Locations.

To create new Locations

Click on a Location Cell to bring up the "Select Location" dialogue.
Create a Site if one doesn't already exist for this Project. A Site is defined as a Area that is being investigated and may refer to an Industrial Facility, a Mine Site, or an Address.
Add Locations (ie points such as Boreholes, Wells or Sampling Locations) to the Site.  Co-ordinates can be added.
