2026 Conference Technical Talk Scholarship Program

We’re inviting ESdat users to share their success stories and apply for our 2026 Conference Technical Talk Scholarship Program.

Successful applicants will receive funded travel, accommodation, and conference registration to present best-practice work that includes how ESdat supported their project.

Please note: Selection is merit-based. EarthScience Information Systems reserves the right to select the successful applicant, and all decisions are final. Economy travel, standard conference registration, and accommodation will be provided, with costs pre-agreed between both parties.

A successful applicant must:

  • Be pre-approved by EScIS, and
  • Be formally accepted by the conference organisers to deliver a technical talk of 10 minutes or more. Acceptance is typically through a Call for Abstracts but may also occur through other conference selection processes.

To apply for pre-approval by EScIS, complete the following form:

Section 1: Applicant Information

Section 2: Presentation Details

Provide a brief overview of your proposed talk (150–250 words).
Describe how ESdat was used and why it was critical to your project.

Section 3: Eligibility Confirmation
